Administrative Assistant

Community Care Network seeks an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our Early Education and Care Program.  This position coordinates a variety of administrative functions; prepares specialized reports, and maintains records and files required in connection with program work processes; serves as the primary contact for staff and families; participates in administrator functions, communication dissemination, and supporting planning and contributing inputs.

  • Associate's Degree required,  Bachelor's Degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum three years' experience in an office administrative position with a customer service aspect.
  • Good oral and written communication skills, including good grammar and diction; good organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to listen to and comprehend employee and customer needs, and solve problems efficiently and appropriately.
  • Eagerness to learn new information in a fast-paced environment, and adaptability to apply new information as appropriate.
  • Basic understanding of interpretation and application of policies, practices, overarching laws and regulations.
  • The ability to use discretion in the sharing of information, including the highest degree of confidentiality.
  • Collaborative approach in supporting the Agency in reaching desired outcomes.
