The Early Childhood Mental Health program seeks an experienced and dynamic Case Manager to serve children birth to six and their families. Successful candidate will proficiently provide emotional, behavioral and relational interventions to young children, families and child care programs. Comfort and experience working with families and helping them achieve good outcomes is necessary. There are some urgent care situations, but no "On Call" or weekend work is required. Highlights of this team include strong supervision by licensed clinical social workers; fun team co-located in a beautiful homelike setting. New Bachelor's graduates with the right skills and attitude will be considered. Services are provided in the office, community, and homes. This position requires an organized person with excellent follow through and task management. Successful applicants must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills; efficiency in documentation and record-keeping; proficiency in MS Office programs; and strong customer service skills. Must be energetic, positive, professional, diplomatic, and motivated. Involves transportation of clients in personal vehicle. Clean driving record and access to reliable transportation are a must. Bachelor's degree required, BSW preferred.
