Community Care Network is seeking a strategic and collaborative Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead our HR and Administrative Support functions. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, the CHRO will drive initiatives in talent acquisition and retention, organizational development, employee performance management, compensation and benefits, HR compliance, employee engagement, and administrative support. This role is instrumental in fostering an engaged and supportive culture and aligning workforce strategies with the mission of our health and social services organization.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including 5+ years in an executive role
  • Strong background in talent strategy, employee relations, and compliance
  • Experience in healthcare or human services preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or SHRM certification a plus
