Community Care Network is seeking a North End Ranch Supervisor to join our team!

About the Role:
The Supervisor of North End Ranch is responsible for providing direct supervision, support, guidance, structure, and oversight to the North End Ranch Direct Support Team. This includes managing a 24/7 schedule to ensure staffing, facilitating/co-facilitating team meetings, reviewing documentation, pre- and post-interview process, onboarding, performance management issues, and ensuring adherence to training requirements. This position requires close communication and collaboration with the Residential Manager, as well as participation in an on-call rotation.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-screen, and schedule interviews in collaboration with Residential Manager; facilitate pre-and post-interview process as appropriate; provide initial training and onboarding for new hires.
- Participate in on-call rotation.
- Provide at a minimum bi-weekly individual supervision for all full-time residential Direct Support Professional's and facilitate team meetings bi-weekly.
- Manage Facility schedule to ensure staff hours, vacations, and appropriate floor coverage.
- Review and approve shift notes.
- Provide day-to-day oversight of staff engagement, supports, and service delivery to individuals receiving care.
- Maintains flexibility in being able to work with different individuals as needed due to potential staff shortages, emergencies, etc.
- Provides training to Direct Support Professional's at North End Ranch.
Qualifications and Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Eligible for Qualified Developmental Disabilities Professional (QDDP) status.
- Previous experience in developmental disabilities preferred.
- Strong writing and organizational skills in order to receive and convey information in efficient and effective manner and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Flexibility, dependability, and ability to work independently and has a commitment to community inclusion and individual choice.
- Able to flex schedule as needed.
- Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation with personal automobile liability insurance coverage at or above the levels mandated by the State of Vermont.
