2nd and 3rd Shift Residential Recovery Specialist - $1,000 Sign On Bonus

Community Care Network is seeking Recovery Specialists on second and third shifts to support individuals living with mental health and/or substance use challenges!

About the Role:

The Residential Recovery Specialist (RRS) will provide support to individuals living with chronic mental illness and/or substance use disorders in a recovery-based trauma sensitive residential facility. The RSS will support therapeutic programming, share meals with the clients, facilitate medication compliance, all while building strong, meaningful connections!

This position is great for students or those who want to further their experience in the human service industry. We are looking for staff who can assist in motivating and encouraging individuals toward integration into the community.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must be able to work 2nd or 3rd shift
  • Ability to demonstrate compassion, sensitivity, and reasoning skills.
  • Able to communicate directly, respectfully, and clearly.
  • Ability to develop a nurturing relationship with clients.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation with personal automobile liability insurance coverage at or above the levels mandated by the State of Vermont.
  • *Successful completion of a criminal history background check after hire.
