Community Care Network is hiring an Intensive Family Based Services (IFBS) Case Manager or Clinician!

About the Roles: 

The IFBS Case Manager or Clinician is responsible for providing in-home, family-based support services to families of domestic violence, substance abuse, abused and/or neglected children, and/or families with severely emotionally disturbed children. The IFBS Case Manager or Clinician will provide family-focused services to the parents of children involved with Department of Children and Families (DCF) or other identified families. The overall goal of services is to strengthen parenting skills, emotional responsiveness, and improve communication within the family.

Qualifications

• Clinician- Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health, or relevant field required, Vermont State licensed or working towards. Case Manager - Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, psychology, career counseling or a related field.
• Four years of experience working with children/youth and parents and/or families.
• Experience in psychological treatment of adults, children, and families
• Experience or knowledge in family systems therapy approaches and complex/generational trauma
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
• Proficient using computer and necessary software as well as experience with navigating an Electronic Medical Record to complete client documentation.
• Handles stressful situations in a calm and professional manner.
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation with personal automobile liability insurance coverage at or above the levels mandated by the State of Vermont.
• *Successful completion of a criminal history background check after hire.
