About the Roles:
The School Based Case Manager promotes pro-social behaviors and social skills to students within a school-based setting. Provides support in order for the student to make academic achievements and success. Assist students and families in obtaining recommended service coordination and community support.
The School Based Clinician is responsible for the provision of diagnosis and evaluation, psychotherapy, community supports, service planning, and coordination to all children who are needing additional mental health supports. Those services can include crisis interventions, trauma informed supports and resources, which are embedded directly into the child's school and therefore more easily accessed.
