About the Role:
North End Ranch is a residential home for individuals with developmental disabilities. Direct Support Professionals assists individuals in a variety of day-to-day tasks, such as but not limited to: transportation, medical management, dietary needs, personal care and more. This position will assist in planning and carrying out individual programs as well as implementing goals identified by the Individualized Service Agreement (ISA). The atmosphere at this facility is rewarding and very warm.

COVID-19 Requirement: Rutland Mental Health Services Community Care Network (RMHSCCN) requires its employees who work in a residential facility to be fully vaccinated for Covid-19 upon hire and to be N-95 fit-tested within one week from date of hire, as a condition of employment.
