Education Manager $2000 Sign-on Bonus

The Education Manager will lead overall planning and implementation of curriculum and classroom operation, child outcomes assessment systems, as well as training and professional development initiatives.  This position will also focus on incorporating best practices and promoting ongoing quality improvement in delivery of services.

Requirements:  Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.  Vermont Teachers License with Early Childhood Education or Early Childhood Special Education endorsement required.  Minimum of three years' prior supervisory experience in an Early Childhood setting.  Working knowledge of early education curriculum development and assessment systems (child outcomes).  Ability to use data to inform lesson planning and ongoing quality improvement of program services and delivery.  Excellent demonstrated communication skills, both written and oral.  Strong ability to build highly effective teams.  Demonstrated skills training and mentoring staff. 

$2000 Sign-on bonus payable in $500 increments, at hire, at 6 months, 1 year and 1.5 years of employment.
