The Career Developer performs a career assessment for individuals on their caseload. Based on the results of the career assessment, the Career Developer will create a strategic plan to match career opportunities for individuals with local employers. The Career Developer provides direct support to individuals on their case load that is consistent with the individuals’ employment and career goals. Career Developers' job coach, shadow, and educate the individual and employers or co-workers as needed for the individual(s) to be successful.

This critical position on the education team will support early childhood and future infant / toddler classrooms as a trainer, mentor, coach, and supervisor. The Director of Quality Assurance & Compliance is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring that the Agency operates in full compliance with operational policies, provider agreements, grant agreements, and all applicable laws and regulations. This position serves as an internal consultant, guiding the organization to minimize risks and adhere to standards. The role involves auditing, analyzing, and evaluating Agency practices, recommending corrective actions for irregularities, and helping staff avoid unnecessary risks.
The Director will oversee risk management, corporate compliance, and privacy policies and programs, as well as ensure the Agency’s adherence to safety regulations. The Director will also act as the lead for complaints, grievances, and appeals, and support Agency responses to legal inquiries or regulatory investigations.

The Residential Recovery Specialist will provide support to individuals living with chronic mental illness and/or substance use disorders in a recovery-based trauma sensitive residential facility. The Shift Leader will coordinate client services, maintain adherence with daily schedule, ensure treatment and discharge plans are being followed, mentor new staff, assist with staffing coverage. Assisting clients in minimizing symptoms of acute psychiatric episodes by structuring wellness activities, assessing needs and preferences within the residence and in the community, supportive counseling, planning discharge services and assisting clients for reintegration into community. The Shift Leader will steer effective communication and a good working relationship with the treatment team across all shifts to deliver efficient and effective care to clients, resulting in their return to home/community.

The Behavior Interventionist is responsible for providing mental health services, consultation and behavioral intervention to students with autism or other disorders in the school setting. The Behavioral Interventionist helps students develop social skills, improve their ability to learn in school, and eliminate or reduce negative or disruptive behaviors.
The School Based Clinician is responsible for the provision of diagnosis and evaluation, psychotherapy, community supports, service planning, and coordination to all children who are needing additional mental health supports. Those services can include crisis interventions, trauma informed supports and resources, which are embedded directly into the child's school and therefore more easily accessed.
The Level 2 Direct Support Professional is an entry level position for which all training is provided. This position provides direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities so they can maintain employment. The DSP II works with individuals on identified goals emphasizing individuals’ strengths, abilities, and interests.
The Community Outreach Specialist provides support services to consumers residing in an independent housing program and in the community. The support services include coordinating client case management, planning and carrying out goals of individual’s treatment plan/ISA, goal setting, training independent living skills, and supporting individuals’ overall mental health stability and general wellbeing. The Community Outreach Specialist will provide transportation of day-to-day appointments as needed. This support service assists individuals to reside independently in the community through skill development and education. This position allows for interfacing with a variety of individuals with differing needs and approaches.

The Child Outpatient Clinician is responsible for providing clinical services to meet the customer service, quality and overall goals of Rutland Mental Health Services. Meet the program’s uniquely-defined internal/external compliance standards and performance measures. Develop and maintain close working relationships with internal/external professional staff to provide quality coordinated services. Provide direct service to clients and families. Services shall include, but are not limited to clinical assessment, treatment planning, service planning and coordination, community supports and individual, family and group psychotherapy sessions. Provide appropriate professional development leadership and training to clinical and other agency staff as defined by Child and Family Outpatient Program Manager.
The Law Enforcement Liaison Clinician will work with core emergency services team and law enforcement to identify clients in need of services and to take a more proactive approach in meeting program demands. The overall goals are to reduce unnecessary Emergency Department utilization, assist in diverting inpatient psychiatric admissions by providing counseling and therapeutic support to clients in crisis, with the emphasis on reducing unnecessary interactions with law enforcement to decrease incarceration rates and over utilization of other Emergency personnel. This position is responsible for providing mental health crisis assessment, intervention and brief treatment services to a diverse population of clients in crisis. In addition, the crisis clinician will provide appropriate recommendations for care and linkage services for clients requiring on-going treatment.
The Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner works with a team of professional social workers, clinicians, case managers and others to ensure integrated care for adults experiencing serious mental illness. As a member of the client care team, the PMHNP will establish therapeutic relationships in order to facilitate client progress with treatment goals. To be effective, the PMHNP will have the demonstrated ability to balance independent clinical decision making with appropriate consultation from providers.
The Intensive Direct Support Professional (IDSP) is responsible for providing the appropriate support and guidance as identified in the Individual Support Agreement (ISA) for dual diagnosis individuals identified for high need supports. The IDSP provides support within the individual’s home environment; prompting, supporting, and encouraging completion of Activities of Daily Living, getting to and from appointments, engagement in social activities, and developing/maintaining independent living skills (i.e. grocery shopping). This position also provides opportunity for preferred community engagement. The IDSP is vigilant in providing quality intensive specialized instruction, behavioral intervention, and support services to promote emotional and behavioral health. The IDSP attends team meetings, completes required documentation and contributes to the development of Behavior Support Plans and Individual Support Agreements.

Community Care Network partners with students to provide internship hours and field instruction necessary to complete their degree. Internships vary depending on a student's level of education and specialty. The intern will work under close supervision of on-site professional in the agency. Intern will receive ongoing guidance and support from off-site educator who supervisors their field placement.
This is a per diem position (2-16 hours per week depending on case load) with a lot of flexibility! Respite Providers provide relief from care-giving responsibilities for families by engaging the child in fun recreational activities that support the interest and abilities of the child. Respite services typically occur after school hours including evenings and weekends. In general, services should be provided in a way that most families can replicate regardless of socioeconomic background.
